It would also provide proof of the Jester assassinating his king and escaping from his rule. When the time is right, start advancing him into position 2 with Dirk Stab for a good Finale dunk. I just wish that his path crossed with the Leper's, since he used to be a king. Park the Jester in either position 3 or 4 where he can support the party with buffs and de-stresses. In addition, his ability to decrease enemy accuracy with his lute also probably originates from his knowledge of the dark arts - a spell that reduces the enemy's vision and makes them pretty blind (not entirely blind, but enough so that it's hard for them to land a hit). It's kind of like voodoo magic being performed on himself. The dark arts thing could also explain how he doesn't take any damage when having that spear impale himself as well as his target. Maybe he learned the Dark Arts and used his "Finale" skill to assassinate his king, just because he was so sick and tired of being the fool and being pushed around/abused.
